You can't judge a book by its cover, even though the Acer Chromebook C720 may not as be as flashy on the outside as some of the newer laptops in this category it's what is on the inside that counts, right?  Or what you are planning on doing with your computer.

If you are looking for basic web surfing this will definitely be a great unit for the price.  If you like to stream videos, look at pictures or just reading text the 1366 x 768 display will do the job. The battery life is outstanding by the help of the super-efficient Intel Celeron 2955 U CPU, so it will keep you entertained on those long flights.

The one thing a few people still have not gotten the hang of, it's the limitations of the Chrome OS operating system, but if you are looking for a nice, cheap machine to surf the web, look no further, you have found it.

The Acer C720 is an entry-level Chromebook that measures 19mm thin and weights 1.25kg. The Chromebook is powered by an Intel 2955U 1.4GHz Celeron processor, 4GB RAM, 16GB SSD along with 100GB Google Drive Cloud Storage, and 11.6-inch LCD display with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution, moreover, other specs include VGA camera, built-in dual band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0 port, USB 2.0 port, HDMI port, and its rechargeable battery offers up to 8.5 hours of active use, apart from that, the Chromebook contains a 39-day free trial with Google Play Music All Access.
